About this magazine Field Mag, the leading independent media company at the intersection of design, adventure, and the outdoors, proudly celebrates its 10th anniversary with the release of Field Mag Issue 01, a premium, bi-annual print magazine. The portable 6.5” x 9” size has been intentionally selected to meet readers where they are—on the subway, in the airport, at the crag, or at home on the couch. Printed in the USA with 208 pages of gallery quality photography and vivid storytelling by 38 contributors, the inaugural issue explores many different definitions of adventure. Themes and activities covered include ultralight backpacking, climbing, fly fishing, cabins, sailing, camping, surfing, outdoor gear, film photography and digital photo tips, and much more, offering something to grab the attention of most anyone who picks the issue up.
