Umami Reserve Hot Sauce

You may be wondering, what the hell is Umami? It's the savory fifth taste, the one that makes your taste buds sing with delight and crave the next bite. This sauce delivers tons of umami. The blend of savory ingredients like porcini mushrooms, oven-dried olives, capers, and garlic, all work together to create a mouth-watering explosion of flavor for any dish that needs a little kick in the taste buds. Umami Reserve is spicy. We used one of our favorite peppers, the chocolate habanero, which is a delicious earthy variety of habanero. Despite its name, there is no chocolate, it’s only chocolate in color! So, what can you do with this sauce? The possibilities are endless.
